Abstract - Simulation-based training (SBT) has progressively demonstrated its advantages over conventional training methods and has become increasingly prevalent in organizational employee training. Simultaneously, employee quality affects an organization's operational performance and financial reporting outcomes. More importantly, employee training in accounting is generally essential for organizations to improve employee quality. However, based on a literature review, few studies have proposed concrete system dynamics models for employee training. Therefore, from a management accounting perspective, this paper introduces the approach of using system dynamics modelling to promote employee training by establishing a simulation model based on cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis.
